A wonderfully collected vintage bamboo stool or petite side table, reupholstered with a vintage Turkish kilim rug remnant.

The warm bamboo base paired with the richly patterned textile gives this little piece so much personality and texture. Use it as a small stool, tuck it beside a chair or sofa, place it under a console, or style it as a petite side table topped with a stack of books.

Traditional kilims are flatwoven rather than knotted, creating their distinctive patterns and texture. I especially love the idea of an older textile being given another life on a vintage piece.
